Joseph Ernest has over twenty years of wide-ranging experience in the telecommunications industry. After founding Ernest Telecom in 1985, he developed and established additional companies related to the payphone industry. Joe’s forward thinking led him to team up with Paul Masters, and together in 1996 they co-founded Ernest Communications, Inc. ECI has become a leader in providing telecommunications services to large multi-location businesses, with service at its core. Joe received his degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, and resides with his family in Norcross, Georgia.

Paul Masters is the co-founder and President of Ernest Communications, Inc. Paul has been involved in the telecommunications industry since 1992, holding various sales and management positions at Ernest Group, a leader in telecom-related products and services. In his eleven years at Ernest, Paul has been the driving force behind the company, providing “hands on” direction and leadership as ECI has grown from a simple start-up to one of the most successful telecommunications companies in America. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shorter College and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University. Paul is a leader in his community and resides in Norcross, Georgia with his family.
Bryan Cornett

Bryan Cornett has over fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He began his career in 1993 as Operations Manager for SL Systems, a nationwide operator services company that provided services to the payphone and hospitality industries. In 1999, Bryan joined Ernest Communications as Director of Business Planning. In this role, he helped develop and implement all the start-up operations of Ernest Communications. From 2005 to 2008, he served as Vice President of Operations for Ernest Communications. As such, he was responsible for all customer care and provisioning functions within the company. Bryan currently serves as the Vice President of Business Planning, focusing on developing and implementing new market segments for Ernest Communications as they seek to expand their service offerings. Bryan graduated with high honors from the University of Tennessee in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1994, he received his Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University with a major in finance.
Greg Hogan

Greg Hogan has over thirty years telecommunications experience in the disciplines of engineering, product management, sales and sales management, marketing, customer services, and operations management. Greg’s experience includes senior management stints with CLEC and legacy LEC carriers, outside plant telecom equipment manufacturers, and public communications/inmate services providers. Greg joined Ernest Communications in 2008 as the Director of Sales Operations. In 2009 Greg moved to the account management team as Director of Account Management & Customer Care and most recently was promoted to the position of Vice President, Client Services. In this capacity he is responsible for the all aspects of customer facing operations including customer implantation, service provisioning, customer care, account management and retention and repair services. Throughout his career Greg has given back to the communications industry by serving on the board of directors for a number of organizations including the American Public Communications Council. He also represented United States manufacturers as a member of the task force working in conjunction with the Canadian Radio and Telecommunications Commission to develop specifications for publicly accessible public communications and informational kiosks balancing the needs of business and consumers. Greg majored in Business Administration with minor studies in Political Science at Gainesville College where he graduated with honors.

David D’Antonio brings over fifteen years of leadership in business development to Ernest Communications’ Sales and Marketing teams, and was sought after for his in-depth understanding and consistent performance in cloud technology. D’Antonio has been enormously successful in leading teams to develop untapped regions in both existing and emerging products. Before joining Ernest, D’Antonio held Vice President positions with a top-tier Avaya reseller who is regularly voted a Top 100 VAR. From authoring white papers to building technology partnerships, D’Antonio has the experience Ernest requires to help the Partner Channel flourish. D’Antonio played football the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering prior to entering the US Army as a Captain.
