ALPHARETTA, GA -- Ernest Communications, Inc. (www.ernestgroup.com), a leading provider of local and long distance services announced that it has selected Concretio’s TRS® suite of provisioning products to upgrade and enhance their ability to provide customer service for local and long distance phone services nationwide.
