Currently ECI services Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington with pending certification in Utah, Montana, Maine, Connecticut, Ohio and Illinois.
ECI offers business customers great savings on local and long distance services and the ability to receive one comprehensive paper or electronic invoice for all locations throughout the U.S., including Independent Telco regions, for all local and long distance communications services. As part of this expansion, ECI is implementing a new portal website to assist customers and agents in checking product availability, with access to pricing tools, on-line orders, on-line trouble reporting, and trouble status with additional tools to assist ECI’s agent partners in managing relationships with customers.
